SEPTEMBER 2011 - Phase I of excavation for the reservoir site was completed on schedule.

Dirt work is completed on the slope adjacent to the tank site. Soon this will be hydroseeded to initiate growth of groundcover for erosion control.

Crews set up jack-and-bore equipment to install inlet and outlet pipe through the hillside.

A section of the auger unit is visible inside the 30" pipe casing. Augers are used to remove soil from the 400-foot bore tunnel.
